This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for labor, equipment, material, and quality control necessary to relocate two (2) four (4) ton HVAC condenser units from their existing location(s) to a designated area on the roof of the operations building located at Counce, Hardin County, Tennessee in accordance with the scope of work. The work includes fabrication of a mounting platform, demolition of existing service, relocation of two (2) HVAC condenser units, installation of new refrigerant lines, charging with refrigerant, electrical hookup to USACE provided disconnect, testing of system for leaks and functionality, and one (1) year warranty. USACE will provide crane and crane operator during the work. The intended purpose of the project is to locate the condenser units as close as possible to the air handlers so that the refrigerant line lengths can be made as short as possible.
