Update FAR 52.252-3: Alterations in Solciitation All other terms and conditions remain the same. ******************************************************************* USACE NASHVILLE has a requirement for two (2) Goulds 3796 MTX 2X2-10 Self-priming Centrifugal pumps for use on the ND-40 Shop Barge. This is a 100% Total Small Business Set-aside. Delivery will be not later than 4 December 2019 to the Cumberland River Operations Center located at Old Hickory Lock, 1180 Cinder Road, Old Hickory, TN. TYPE OF CONTRACT: The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Supply contract. BASIS FOR SELECTION OF AWARD: Award shall be made to the lowest priced Offeror who is determined to be responsive and responsible. Quote must meet or exceed the purchase description and delivery schedule to be considered for award. PLACE OF DELIVERY: Cumberland River Operations Center, Old Hickory, TN. DELIVERY DATE: Delivery is required not later than 4 December 2019.
