USACE Nashville District intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) solicitation for this requirement. This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice. This Notice is being issued for planning and informational purposes only. This notice is not a solicitation, nor is it to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The Government will not pay for any effort expended in responding to this notice, nor will the Government accept bids as a result of this Notice. The plans and technical specifications for this requirement will only be available upon solicitation issuance. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Contractor shall furnish all necessary management, supervision, inspection, personnel, materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, transportation, vehicles, and fuel except as otherwise provided for herein, required to perform the operation and maintenance services within the area of responsibility, of the Center Hill Lake Water Resources Development Project near Lancaster, TN. The anticipated contract will have a Base year plus four (4) one year options for a total of five (5) years if all options were to be exercised. No solicitation document exists at this time. The scope of work will be attached with the solicitation announcement. The solicitation is expected to be released on or around 10 November 2020. The intended start date for this project is approximately 30 days after contract award. The Site Visit is tentatively scheduled for November 19th, 2020 at 9 a.m. at the Center Hill Lake Recreation Area. Site visit request forms are posted along with this presolicitation. The "Foreign National Site Visit Request Form" is required to be submitted a minimum of two (2) weeks before the site visit date. The "US Citizen Site Visit Request Form" is required to be submitted a minimum of five (5) full business days before the site visit date. All site visit request forms need to be submitted to the site visit POC Reid Drewes via email at Reid.A.Drewes@usace.army.mil, fax will not be accepted. The site visit date is subject to change. NAICS CODE AND SBA SIZE STANDARD: 561210 - Facilities Support Services and $41.5M TYPE OF SET-ASIDE: 100% Small Business ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Specific information pertaining to this procurement will be available in the solicitation. The solicitation documents will be posted on the Contract Opportunities website, beta.sam.gov.
