PURPOSE: The Nashville District U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ) solicitation for Rental Services of a 90-Ton Rough Terrain Crane for utilization on the U.S... PURPOSE: The Nashville District U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ) solicitation for Rental Services of a 90-Ton Rough Terrain Crane for utilization on the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Shop Barge ND-40. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: USACE anticipates a firm fixed-price Service contract for Crane Rental. Rental of one (1) 90-Ton Rough Terrain Crane with 142' 5", or more, boom length to be assembled and utilized by U.S. Army Corps of Engineers personnel on Shop Barge ND-40 at U.S. Federal Facilities and Rivers along the Cumberland and Tennessee Rivers. Delivery and pick-up shall be at Paducah McCracken Port located at 2000 Wayne Sullivan Dr, Paducah, KY 42002 in accordance with Solicitation. NAICS CODE AND SBA SIZE STANDARD: The NAICS code for this project is 532412; Construction, Mining and Forestry Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing, with a small business size standard of $32.5 million. TYPE OF SET-ASIDE: 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside SOLICITATION AND CONTRACT TYPE: It is anticipated that from the RFQ Solicitation, the Government will award one Firm-Fixed Price Service Contract to the company that provides the lowest priced quote who is determined to be responsive and responsible. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The anticipated period of performance is approximately 365 calendar days. SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Offerors MUST be successfully registered in SAM, www.sam.gov, at the time of quote submission. Offerors must have their representations and certifications available on-line in SAM or provide them with their proposal in order to receive a Government contract award.
