This is a Pre-solicitation Notice for Park Attendant Services within the Nashville District. To submit a quote for the Campground Park Attendants within the Nashville District, please read and follow the instructions contained within the complete solicitation which will be released within the next few weeks. You may submit quotes for multiple locations, but a separate Price Schedule must be sent for each location and only one (1) contract award will be issued to a contractor. Therefore; if you submit for multiple locations, it is in your best interest to rank-order your preferences. Percy Priest Lake; Anderson Rd Campground, Anderson Rd Day Use Schedule A, Anderson Rd Day Use Schedule B, Cook Day Use Schedule B, Seven Points Campground B W912P519T0002 - Old Hickory Lake; Cedar Creek Campground, Old Hickory Day Use Schedule B W912P519T0003 - Lake Barkley; Canal A Campground, Canal B Campground, Eureka Campground, Hurricane Creek Campground, Bumpus Mills Campground W912P519T0004 - Cordell Hull Lake; Defeated Creek Campground, Salt Lick Campground W912P519T0005 - Center Hill Lake; Floating Mill Campground, Long Branch Campground, Ragland Bottom Campground W912P519T0006 - Dale Hollow Lake; Obey River Campground, Willow Grove Campground W912P519T0007 - Lake Cumberland (Wolf Creek); Cumberland Point Recreation Area, Fall Creek Campground The Park Attendants shall provide all of the personnel, materials, supplies, and vehicles to perform these services, except as otherwise specified in the Performance Work Statements for each location. Two (2) adults (at least 21 years of age or older with no children under the age of 16 living in the park) shall serve as resident Park Attendants. The resident Park Attendants shall provide and reside in a self-contained camper or motor home and live in the park during their work assignment. Duties include but are not limited to the collection of use fees, reservation check-in by a Nation-wide computer system, operation of a computer based park management system, maintaining a status of occupied sites, register of visitors, furnishing visitors information and brochures, assuring proper use of the park facilities, and maintaining quiet-hour. Basic computer skills will be required for prospective quoters. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management and obtain a Unique Entity Identifier (formerly DUNS) number before submitting a quote. To register, go to www.sam.gov.
