PURPOSE: This is a Request For Quote (RFQ) for Park Attendant Services at Old Hickory Lake; Cedar Creek Campground, Old Hickory Day Use Schedule B within the Nashville District. To submit a quote please read and follow the instructions contained within the complete solicitation. You may submit quotes for one or both locations, but a separate Price Schedule must be sent for each location and only one (1) contract award will be issued to a contractor. Therefore; if you submit for both locations, it is in your best interest to rank-order your preferences. DESCRIPTION: The Park Attendants shall provide all of the personnel, materials, supplies, and vehicles to perform these services, except as otherwise specified in the Performance Work Statements for each location. Two (2) adults (at least 21 years of age or older with no children under the age of 16 living in the park) shall serve as resident Park Attendants. The resident Park Attendants shall provide and reside in a self-contained camper or motor home and live in the park during their work assignment. Duties include but are not limited to the collection of use fees, reservation check-in by a Nation-wide computer system, operation of a computer based park management system, maintaining a status of occupied sites, register of visitors, furnishing visitors information and brochures, assuring proper use of the park facilities, and maintaining quiet-hour.
