Requirement The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Nashville District, anticipates soliciting a requirement for a firm fixed price construction contract to replace the existing EPDM type roof with interlocking concrete ballast on top of metal structural panels, approximately 32,000 square feet, at Barkley Powerhouse. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The types of work and skill sets for this requirement are as follows: a) Replace roofing insulation, EPDM rubber membrane, and place concrete pavers b) Clean clogged drains c) Clean and caulk powerhouse vertical joints d) Replace window caulking and damaged window blocks e) Install fall arrest system The anticipated NAICS code is 238160, Roofing Contractors, with a small business size standard of $15.0 million in annual receipts.
