JPP O&M (New Acquisition) PURPOSE: The Nashville District U.S. Army Corps of Engineers intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) solicitation for J. Percy Priest Lake Operation and Maintenance Services. This is a Pre-solicitation Notice. This Notice is being issued for planning and informational purposes only. This notice is not a solicitation, nor is it to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The Government will not pay for any effort expended in responding to this notice, nor will the Government accept proposals as a result of this notice. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Nashville District Contracting Division has a requirement from the Nashville District Operations Division to provide O&M Services at J. Percy Priest Lake Project. J. Percy Priest Lake is located on the Stones River, 14 miles east of Nashville, Tennessee. The areas of work are located in Davidson, Rutherford and Wilson counties of Tennessee. Principal cities in the areas are Nashville, LaVergne and Smyrna Tennessee. DELIVERABLES: This work will include, but is not limited to the following: (1) Grass Mowing (2) Cleaning services which consists of cleaning and servicing public use areas and facilities at various recreation and operational areas and removal of refuse and litter. (3) Janitorial Services (4) Facility repair, maintenance and other non-routine work that includes non-routine construction work. (5) Herbicide Application (6) Dumpster Collection Services (7) Boundary Line Marking and Repainting (8) Beach and Water System Monitoring and Testing (9) Beach and Playground Maintenance (10) Maintenance of Navigation Aids (Buoys) (11) Sewage holding tanks, Septic and Pump Stations (12) Landscape Maintenance Services This description is not intended to be all encompassing and is subject to change. NAICS CODE AND SBA SIZE STANDARD: The NAICS code for this project is 561210 with a size standard of $41,500,000.00 TYPE OF SET-ASIDE: 100% Small Business SOLICITATION AND CONTRACT TYPE: It is anticipated that from the Invitation for Bid Solicitation the Government will award one Firm-Fixed Price Requirements Contract. SOLICITATION RELEASE DATE: The anticipated release date for this solicitation is around October 15, 2019. The performance work statement will be available at the time of solicitation release. SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Offerors must be successfully registered in the SAM, www.sam.gov, in order to receive a Government contract award. Offerors must have their representations and certifications available on-line in SAM or provide them with their proposal in order to receive a Government contract award.
