This is a presolicitation notice only for an upcoming Design-Build project at the VA Medical Center in Canandaigua, NY; no proposals are being accepted at this stage. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Buffalo District, intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract using two-phase design-build procedures, with Phase I selecting up to five highly qualified firms for Phase II. The estimated project value is $40M to $70M. Scope includes extensive demolition, hazardous material abatement, and renovation of two existing structures, including a six-story 70,000 SF medical facility and a 5,100 SF ground-level pharmacy. The Phase I solicitation is expected to be released on or around 20 November 2026.
