PROJECT TITLE: BARCELONA WEST BREAKWATER DREDGING AND SURFACE CLEANUP ACTIVITIES

This is a pre-solicitation notice for a dredging project at Barcelona Harbor on Lake Erie in Westfield, New York. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers plans to issue a solicitation around January 30, 2025, for the removal and placement of up to 35,250 cubic yards of sediment to restore the West Breakwater. The project is estimated to cost between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. It will be a small business set-aside, firm-fixed-price contract requiring bonding. The official solicitation will only be available electronically through the PIEE website, and offerors must be registered in SAM.
