CONTRACT OBJECTIVES: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Buffalo District, is seeking the supply of structural steel in accordance with the attached bid sheet. This procurement will use evaluation factors under FAR 52.212-2. Offerors are required to completely fill out the attached bid sheet (REV 1). Moreover, offerors are not permitted to attach their own terms and conditions with their quotes. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in termination from award consideration. Proposals shall be submitted to the listed POC by the due date in the solicitation. Requests for information (RFI) shall be submitted no later than 08 April 2024 by 1100 EST. Delivery, as indicated on the bid sheet, shall be by flatbed. USACE will unload the material with their own equipment. Amendment 002: Responses to RFIs are hereby posted.
