A response is not required at this time. Questions will not be answered until official solicitation is issued. The contract being prepared is to provide repair to the south end of the Rochester east pier. The plan to repair the pier involves the construction of a new concrete cap on roughly 600 linear feet of the pier. This will be a full and open competition subject to Price Evaluation Preference for HUBZone Small Business Concerns in accordance with FAR 19.1307. Large business will be required to provide a subcontracting Plan. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Bonding will be required for this project; any offeror shall have the proper capabilities. The site visit will be announced when the solicitation is issued. Please be advised that this requirement may be delayed, revised, or cancelled at any time before award.
