Repair and rehabilitate-existing office, workshop and warehouse roof tops. Work entails evaluating, repairing, and restoring approximately 17,000 square feet of metal roofing spanning 4 separate buildings. All work shall be completed 240 days of award. Contractor shall submit manufacturer's specifications for fluid-applied roofing for approval at the Cleveland Project Office. Please read attached Statement of Work for detailed information.
