Beryllium Services Contract - Upon determination of a suspected or confirmed beryllium sensitized USACE employee from either the Buffalo (LRB) or Pittsburgh (LRP) Districts, the CBD Diagnostic Center will initiate employee consulting and assume case management making all medical decisions related to a clinical evaluation and the monitoring for Chronic Beryllium Disease. The full administrative function shall be the responsibility of the provider to include items such as coordination with employees for services, providing all required reports and paperwork, providing consulting and counseling as needed.
