The purpose of this work effort is for a FY2021 Refuse Contract (Trash Pick-up for US ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS, Buffalo District. The contractor shall supply all equipment necessary to perform the tasks, as specified. All equipment must be in good working condition. All equipment used by the contractor shall be in compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other DOD Directives. This will be a Low Price procurement, base and four options, in accordance with FAR Part 12, resulting in a Firm Fixed Price Contract and awarded to lowest bidder. Please submit a capabilities statement that includes DUNS, CAGE, and Business Size in accordance with the selected NAICS.
