Due date is 01 Mar 2021 at 1200 EST. ************************************ The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Buffalo District has a procurement to fabricate and deliver lock miter gates at the Black Lock Rock on the Niagara River in Buffalo, NY. The work includes, but is not limited to, fabricating, testing, painting, prestressing and delivery new lock chamber miter gate assemblies and spare parts in support of the Black Rock Lock.
