The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for services for Preventative Maintenance (PM) on the Uninterruped Power Source (UPS) System that is noted in the Statement of Work (SOW). The selected contractor must comply with all security requirements when accessing the SAM.GOV. This will be a low priced procurement, base and all options, in accordance with FAR Part 12, resulting in a Firm Fixed Price contract. Please submit a capabilities statement that includes DUNS, CAGE, and Business Size in accordance with the selected NAICS. Please submit to Ms. Dorothy Jones, dorothy.j.jones@usace.army.mil and Mr. Walter Kamad, walter.kamad@usace.army.mil. The contract is a base with three (3) option years. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through SAM.GOV. E-mail or call Dorothy Jones to inquire about Site Visit. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, tools, etc. for preventative maintenance (PM) on the Uninterrupted Power Source (UPS) system, unless otherwise noted, necessary to complete the work specified. Additional information are in the attached the Statement of Work. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Provision 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial items applies. Award will be made to the offeror who provides the lowest acceptable price. Offerors shall be registered at SAM.Gov in order to be eligible for award. Clause 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. A statement that the clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The following additional clauses apply within 52.212-5, 52.204-10, 52.209-6, and 52.219-6. All amendments to the RFQ will be posted to the SAM.GOV web site. It is the offerors responsibility to monitor the SAM web site for any amendments. Proposed quotes are due by NLT 30 July 2021 @ 2:00 P.M.
