OVERVIEW OF THE WORK IS AS FOLLOWS: Work consist of re-grading of stored ... THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR BIDS. THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR REPAIR WORK AT THE CLEVELAND CONFINED DISPOSAL FACILITY. OVERVIEW OF THE WORK IS AS FOLLOWS: Work consist of re-grading of stored sediments, within USACE CDF to maximize placement of additional sediment. The sediment to be re-graded will be approximately 220,000CY, with the material being placed within the western portion of the CDF. This project will be 100% set-aside to small business. The Government is not requesting any submittals at this time.
