The Great Sodus Breakw ater project consists of, but is not limited to, furnishing all plant labor, materials and equipment necessary to repair the existing sea-wall and repair of the conf ined disposal facility. NAICS code is 237990 and Size Standard is $39,500,000. The Government intends to award one Firm Fixed Price contract for The Great Sodus Breakw ater project as a result of this solicitation. The contract will have a period of performance of 123 days on all work including base and all options if awarded. Please see Section 01 35 13 of the specifications and FAR Clause 52.211-10 for more information. In order to compete, offerors must be a Small Business as designated by FAR Clause 52.219-6 (DEV). The applicable Wage Determination is IL20200018. The Wage Determination is attached in the solicitation. The cost of this project is estimated at $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. The Buy American Act is applicable to this acquisition. A Bid Guarantee shall be submitted with the bid to be considered responsive. The amount of the guarantee shall be 20 percent of the bid amount or $3,000,000 whichever is less, see FAR Clause 52.228-1.
