The Corpus Christi Army Depot, located in Corpus Christi, Texas 78419-5260 has a requirement for delivery of Nitrogen and Specialty Gases, F.O.B. destination to Corpus Christ Army Depot, TX per the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). This procurement is a small business set aside. The Government intends to award a Firmfixed Price, Requirements type contract using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Commercial Acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. The contract is expected to have a base ordering period and four (4) one year option ordering periods. Delivery orders will be issued for each ordering period. Award will be made to the Offeror determined to be the lowest price to the Government.
