The Army Contracting Command-Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA), AMCOM Directorate, intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a sole-source contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901, as implemented in FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii) to Dematic Corporation (CAGE: 4FE76), 756 W Peachtree St NW, Atlanta, GA 30308-1118. The contract will consist of a one-year base period with two one-year option periods. An option to extend services in accordance with FAR clause 52.217-8 will also be included. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310 with a size standard of $12.5 million. This non-personal services contract requires preventative and remedial maintenance for the Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) at the Corpus Christi Army Depot. Dematic Corp is considered the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and retains proprietary rights to the software and other technical data associated with the system. This Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. However, if an interested party believes it can meet the requirements, it may submit a statement of capabilities within the designated time period. Any responses to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that it is capable of performing these services. The Government will not pay for the preparation of any information submitted or use of such information. Interested parties may express their capability to perform these services in full no later than 21 June 2023, 3:30 pm, Central Daylight Time. Verbal and facsimile responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Responses should be submitted in Microsoft Word, Excel, or Portable Document Format (PDF). Zip files are unacceptable.
