The Army Contracting Office plans on issuing a solicitation for delivery of Argon and Nitrogen f.o.b. destination to Corpus Christ Army Depot, TX. The procurement will be a full and open unrestricted requirement. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price, Requirements type contract using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Commercial Acquisition procedures. The contract is expected to have a base year and four (4) one year option periods. The contract will also have rental of equipment contract along with routine gas deliveries as required per telemetric readings to fill the microbulk tanks for both Argon and Nitrogen. Requirement also includes bulk deliveries of Liquid Nitrogen into a Government owned 3000-gallon tank.
