The Army Contracting Command-Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA), AMCOM Directorate, intends to award a sole-source contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901, as implemented in FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii) to Dematic Corporation, 756 W Peachtree St NW, Atlanta, GA 30308-1118. The performance requirements may be found in the attached PWS, titled “PWS for Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) Maintenance Support”. The contract will consist of a 12-month period of performance and will include the 6-month option to extend services in accordance with FAR clause 52.217-8. This Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. A solicitation will not be issued. The Government will not pay for the preparation of any information submitted or use of such information. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310 with a size standard of $11 million. Any responses to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that they are capable of performing these services without any compromise to existing warranties. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation that shall be considered by the agency. Acknowledgement of receipt of responses will not be made, nor will respondents be notified of the evaluation of the information received. Interested parties may express their capability to perform these services in full no later than 05 July 2022, 12:00 pm, Central Daylight Time.
