As authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(i), negotiations are to be conducted solely with the following firm: The Miner Corporation (1NZ04) 11827 Tech Com STE 115 New Braunfels, Texas 78130-5050 Miner, LTD is the only firm who is an authorized dealer of the Hanel Lift Systems. The solicitation will be issued on 29 January 2021 using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 procedures in conjunction with FAR Part 13 procedures with an anticipated award date of 3 March 2021. Interested parties will find a copy of the solicitation attached to this notice. This solicitation is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the Government. This determination is solely within the discretion of the Government. No telephonic requests please.
