Corpus Christi Army Depot Contracting Office Army Contracting Command-Redstone (CCAM-ALC) intends to solicit, evaluate and award a contract for Schnee-Morehead Tacky Tape SM5144 ½” x 1/8” x 30’ – yellow pressure sensitive adhesive tape, under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This is a Brand Name Only Requirement, redacted Limited source justification is attached. This requirement is being issued as a solicitation for commercial supplies in accordance with (IAW) FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only synopsis. The solicitation number for this requirement will be issued as a request for quote (RFQ) W912NW-21-Q-0048 attached below. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 325520 and has a size standard of 500 employees. All questions regarding this request for quote should be submitted in writing, no later than 19 April 2021 by 2:00 PM (CST). Questions should be submitted via e-mail to: Tilson.h.dyer.civ@mail.mil. Quotes are due no later than 2:00PM CST, 23 April 2021. The evaluation will be conducted IAW FAR 13.106-2. The award will be made to the successful offeror IAW the solicitation terms representing the best value to the Government based on lowest price. All quotes received by the closing date will be considered by the Government. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered in the Department of Defense System for Award Management (SAM). Register via the SAM website at www.sam.gov.
