As authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(i), negotiations are to be conducted solely with the following firm: Compressed Air Systems 600 S 2nd Ave Mansfield, TX 76063 Compressed Air Systems is the SPX authorized local distributor of their products.The solicitation will be issued on 6 June 2021 using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 procedures in conjunction with FAR Part 13 procedures with an anticipated award date of 7 July 2021. Interested parties will find a copy of the solicitation attached to this notice. This solicitation is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the Government.
