The Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD), Corpus Christi, Texas has a requirement to perform preventative maintenance and on-site repairs services for the EB Welder B/C G9458, to include parts and materials. As authorized by the Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, 41 U.S.C. 1901 (or 41 U.S.C. 1903 for Special Emergency Procurement) as implemented by FAR Subpart 13.5, negotiations are to be conducted solely with the following firm: PTR-Precision Technologies 120 Post Road Enfield, CT. 06082 Cage Code: 55657 The solicitation will be issued on/about 12 March 2021 using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 procedures in conjunction with FAR Part 13 procedures with an anticipated award date of 01 April 2021. Interested parties will find a copy of the solicitation attached to this notice. This solicitation is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the Government.
