W912NW-21-Q-0033 February 5, 2021 Army Contracting Command 9035 Ocean Drive Corpus Christi TX, 78419 J016 The Contractor shall provide software modification, repeatability analysis, and acceptance testing of two linear and rotary electric actuator test systems to add capability for testing new model CH-47 Cockpit Control Drive Actuator (CCDA) (P/N 145C6100-5) and to update test procedures for the legacy model CCDA (P/N 145C6100-4). Place of Performance is Corpus Christi Texas. The Corpus Christi Army Depot, Corpus Christi, Texas has a requirement for software modification, repeatability analysis, and acceptance testing of two linear and rotary electric actuator test systems to add capability for testing new model CH-47 Cockpit Control Drive Actuator. Negotiations to be conducted solely with Southwest Research Institute DBA: SWRI, 6220 Culebra Rd, San Antonio TX 78238-5166 as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(i) since this firm holds all proprietary data and drawings. The solicitation will be issued on or about 5 February 2021 using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 procedures in conjunction with FAR Part 13 procedures with an anticipated award date of 17 February 2021. Interested parties will find a copy of the solicitation attached to this notice. This solicitation is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the Government.
