The contractor shall provide NETA certified technician(s), equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, and supervision to install cold shrink stress cones and a power quality meter necessary to inspect and test (2) MV 1000kva Transformers located at Building 8; cleaning of the transformers is also required. All testing will be performed in reference to the ANSI/NETA MTS-2019 Standard for Maintenance Testing Specifications for Electrical Power Equipment and Systems.
