The Corpus Christi Army Depot, Corpus Christi, Texas has a requirement for inspection, evaluation, repair, dynamic balancing and re-certification of UH-60 master rotor blades. Negotiations to be conducted solely with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation , 6900 Main St., Stratford CT 06614-1378, as authorized by FAR 13.501(a)(1) since this firm holds all proprietary data and drawings. The solicitation will be issued on or about 4 March 2021 using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 procedures in conjunction with FAR Part 13 procedures with an anticipated award date of 1 May 2021. Interested parties will find a copy of the solicitation attached to this notice. This solicitation is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the Government. This determination is solely within the discretion of the Government. No telephonic requests please.
