Corpus Christi Army Depot Contracting Office Army Contracting Command-Redstone (CCAM-ALC) intends to solicit and award a sole source contract to Marietta Nondestructive Testing, 530 Commerce Park Drive, Marietta, GA 30060-2782 under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1), only one source reasonably available. The requirement is an upgrade for the Marietta Digital Radiography Inspection System (DRIS), Varex 4353 Flat Panel Image Detector, Yxlon Imaging Kit and Installation. This requirement is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached Request for Quote (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only synopsis. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. The RFQ for this requirement is W912NW-20-Q-0084 and is attached to this announcement. Provisions and clauses in effect through the latest FAR and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Circulars Defense Acquisition are included in the attached RFQ. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 5342 and has a size standard of $1M. The Government will consider all responses received prior to the closing date of this combined synopsis/solicitation. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
