The Corpus Christi Army Depot, Corpus Christi, Texas has a requirement for the upgrade of the Took Interlock. Negotiations to be conducted solely with Phillips Corporation Federal Division, 7390 Coca Cola Drive, Hanover, MD 21076, as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(i). The solicitation will be issued on or about 04 August 2020 using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 procedures in conjunction with FAR Part 13 procedures with an anticipated award date of 01 September 2020. Interested parties will find a copy of the solicitation attached to this notice. This solicitation is not a request for competitive quotes; however all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the Government. This determination is solely within the discretion of the Government. No telephonic requests please.
