Corpus Christi Army Depot Contracting Office Army Contracting Command-Redstone (CCAM-DPD) intends to solicit, evaluate and award a contract for to include; Angle Structural, Assorted Metal Bars, Extrusion and 7075 Angel Extrusion, under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This requirement is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with (IAW) FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only synopsis. The solicitation number for this requirement will be issued as a request for quote (RFQ) W912NW-19-T-0070. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 331110 and has a size standard of 1,500 employees. All questions regarding this synopsis should be submitted in writing, no later than 13 August 2019 by 12:00 PM (CST). The award will be made to the successful offeror IAW the solicitation terms representing the best value to the Government based on lowest price.
