Corpus Christi Army Depot Contracting Office Army Contracting Command-Redstone (CCAM-DPD) intends to solicit and award a sole source contract to NMC/Wollard, Inc. of Eau Claire, Wisconsin under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1), only one source reasonably available. The requirement is for one (1) Tow Tractor (Tug) M100 DC. The requirement is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached solicitation. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested parties may identify their interest and provide a capability statement for supplying the required items. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 333924 and has a size standard of 750 employees. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
