Due to proprietary information/ rights, the Corpus Christi Army Depot, Corpus Christi, Texas intends to award a sole source commercial purchase order to procure a non-personal service to provide emergency one-time contract to have (3) T-700 Engine Test Cell Torque Shaft Splines machined and nitride. Authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). This action is not a request for proposals or quotations, however all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Any firm that believes it can meet the requirement may give written notice to the Contracting Office from the date of the publication of this notice. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to company with the above requirement. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct future competitive procurements for this requirement. This determination is solely within the discretion of the Government.
