This is a Sources Sought Notice for Market Research purposes only. No Solicitation is currently available. The Missouri Army National Guard requires Utility Terrain Vehicles (UTVs). The Contracting Office for United States Property & Fiscal Officer (USPFO) for Missouri is seeking information regarding the capability and availability of commercial sources to provide UTVs. See enclosed “Draft” Purchase Description with Salient Characteristics. The anticipated NAICS code for this procurement is 336111, which listed on the Small Business Administration’s Non-Manufactures Rule Class Waiver list. The Government is interested in pursuing a SDVOSB, WOSB, or HUBZone set-aside for this requirement in order to meet Socio Economic Goals. In order to do so, adequate competition must be demonstrated by this Market Research effort. Your response MUST include the following: 1) CAGE Code 2) Business Size and Socioeconomic Designation if applicable. 3) Please provide product list(s) (to include specifications, make/model numbers, and if available published pricing) available that meets the Government’s minimum salient characteristics. If available, list your GSA schedule. 4) Provide Previous Contract information: Federal Contract Numbers with Reference Contact Information. If prior contracts are non-federal, provide redacted invoices/orders. 5) Any preliminary questions to “Draft” Purchase Description. If any salient characteristic is limiting your product from competing, please identify, the Government seeks to promote maximum competition.
