The Missouri Army National Guard is issuing a pre-solicitation notice for 50 heavy-duty, reusable wooden shipping and storage crates used to pack, handle, transport, and store depot-level Apache AH-64 main transmission assemblies and associated gearbox components. The Government intends to solicit quotations directly from at least three small-business manufacturers of Specialized Shipping and Storage Containers whose primary business is Wood Container and Pallet Manufacturing, and no formal solicitation will be posted on SAM.gov. Award will use simplified procedures and go to the offeror representing the best value to the Government. The anticipated award date is 16 November 2026. This is a pre-solicitation notice only; the Government does not intend to review offers or quotes submitted in response.
