The Missouri Army National Guard has issued a pre-solicitation notice for an Aviation Hydraulic Servicing Cart capable of supporting UH-60, CH-47, and AH-64 rotary aircraft. The Government intends to solicit quotations directly from at least three small business manufacturers or authorized dealers whose primary business is the sale of Aircraft Ground Servicing Equipment. This notice is for industry awareness only; no formal solicitation will be posted on SAM.gov, and offers or quotes submitted in response will not be reviewed. The MOARNG intends to use simplified procedures and make an award to the offeror representing the best value to the Government. The anticipated award date is 28 September 2026.
