The Missouri National Guard is conducting market research to identify Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) certified businesses that deal primarily with marketing and the production of promotional items. Historically the Missouri National Guard Recruiting and Retention Office purchases $200,000 annually for recruiting promotional items and is exploring the possibility of creating an unpriced Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with HUBZone certified businesses to produce promotional items to assist with the Missouri National Guards recruiting efforts. The goal of the BPA is to reduce acquisition lead times and ensure that the Missouri National Guard is getting a quality product at a fair and reasonable price.
