This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. The Solicitation W912L6-24-Q-1001 is issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP) in accordance with the requirements of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, using the procedures of FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05 dated May 22, 2024. The FAC and FAR are available at https://www.acquisition.gov. 3. The solicitation is a set aside for Small Business with the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 333924 - Industrial Truck, Tractor, Trailer, and Stacker Machinery Manufacturing or Service Code (PSC) 1730 – Aircraft Ground Servicing Equipment 4. The Government will not reimburse any costs incurred, or associated with, in relation to the preparation of a proposal for this solicitation, W912L6-24-Q-1001. 5. The Missouri Army National Guard (MOARNG) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract for the following items: Contract Line Item (CLIN) DESCRIPTION QTY UNIT OF MEASURE 0001 Tiger Tug 8.0 2 EACH 7. Delivery and Acceptance will be at Jefferson City, MO 65101, FOB Destination. 8. Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products and Commercial Services applies to this solicitation and any addenda to this clause. 10.
