The MO Army National Guard Purchasing and Contracting Office is performing this market research to aid in the development of its acquisition approach. Sources Sought Posting – W912NS21Q2003 – Services, Case Management This is a request for information and Sources Sought Notice for market research purposes only. The Missouri National Guard requires Nonclinical Case Management Services and is seeking to identify companies that possess the capacity, experience, and interest in competing for this requirement. The anticipated award period will be for a 12 month base period and four 12 month options. The Contracting Office for United States Property & Fiscal Officer (USPFO) for Missouri is seeking information regarding capability and availability of commercial sources to provide these services in accordance with the attached draft performance work statement. The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561110 Office Administrative Services, Product Service Code (PSC) Q201 General Health Care Services. SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS: As permitted by FAR Part 10, interested parties are invited to respond to this sources sought by submitting a brief capabilities statement package demonstrating ability to perform the services listed in the draft performance work statement. The due date/time for responses to this sources sought notice is no later than 26 March 2021 at 4:30 pm Central Daylight Time to the Contract Specialist, Stephen Miller, via email at Stephen.j.miller1.civ@mail.mil. A. COMPANY PROFILE. To include: (1) Company name and address; (2) Number of employees; (3) name of principal point of contact (including title, telephone and email address); (4) DUNS number; (6) CAGE Code; and (7) confirmation of active registration in SAM (http://www.sam.gov). B. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE. Include experience in performing efforts of similar value, size, and scope within the last eight (8) years. The following information is requested for each of your references: (1) Contract Number and Project Title; (2) Name of Contracting Activity; (3) Indication of whether your firm acted as prime or subcontractor, (4) Contract Period of Performance and Contract Value, (5) Brief summary of work performed and how it relates to the technical services described herein. C. PHASE-IN. The Government is contemplating a minimum phase-in time of thirty (30) days for the work included in the planned procurement. Would you consider this an adequate amount of time?
