NOTICE: This is not a solicitation but rather a Sources Sought Synopsis (SSS) to determine potential sources for information and planning purposes only The Missouri National Guard is seeking sources of qualified companies who would be able to provide the upgrade and overhaul of 3 ea CAST Navigation EMT 3500s with the below requirements. Not all three will be repaired simultaneously and will originate from a facility located near Springfield, MO 65804 Bring 3 CAST Navigation EMT 3500's, not under maintenance or warranty to factory standards. Upgrade software to Windows 10 and Lynx 3.1 (or most current operating system), including the Windows processor to an I7 configuration; and the Lynx processor to a Dual Core processor. This will include all software and hardware licenses. Upgrade the first generation signal generator cards to operate with the software upgrade. Remove existing power supplies and power conditioners and replace with new Eaton 5PX combination, or similar power supplies and power conditioners. The purpose of this SSS is to conduct market research to determine if responsible sources exist, to assist in determining if this effort can be competitive and/or a total Small Business Set-Aside. The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is334511 - Aeronautical systems and instruments overhauling, conversion, or rebuilding, which has a corresponding Size standard of 1,250 employees. The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. The Government is interested in all small businesses to include 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Hubzone, and Women-Owned small business concerns. When responding to the sources sought, the government requests the following: That interested parties respond to this notice if applicable and identify your small business status to the identified NAICS code. Submit a brief statement of current capability to perform these services. List of your most recent and relevant DoD or commercial contracts (not to exceed five) to include brief description, names, POCs, phone numbers, value & type of contract, and period of performance.
