Any travel time above 15 minutes will detract from mobilization training schedule. Google Maps shortest route search will be the gauge for this requirement. • All single (can have two beds) and double occupancy rooms must be located within a single property. Room Requirements: • Bathroom within each room which includes a tub, shower, commode, light, and exhaust fan. • Housekeeping service daily to each room including fresh linens, towels, and basic hygiene products which will include at a minimum shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and soap. • Wireless Internet (WIFI) connectivity to each room at no additional cost. • Functional in room climate control capable of maintaining a room temperature between 68 and 75 degrees Fahrenheit regardless of outside weather conditions. • Facility must accommodate a parking for a 44 passenger bus and a loading and unloading point within 100 feet the front entrance with sufficient clearance to operate the bus safely. • Facility must offer laundry facilities or laundry services. Meal Requirements: • Hot breakfast including sufficient nutritional diversity and service hours sufficient to consume the meal between 6:00 - 7:45 AM daily for the duration of the contract for each guest for each day. • Dinner meal between 5:30 and 8:00 PM including sufficient nutritional diversity for the duration of the contract for each guest for each day.
