As used in this provision— “Administrative proceeding” means a non-judicial process that is adjudicatory in nature in order to make a determination of fault or liability (e.g., Securities and Exchange Commission Administrative Proceedings, Civilian Board of Contract Appeals Proceedings, and Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals Proceedings). Submit signed and dated offers to the office specified in this solicitation at or before the exact time specified in this solicitation. Each offer submitted will be evaluated separately. (e) Late submissions, modifications, revisions, and withdrawals of offers: (1) Offerors are responsible for submitting offers, and any modifications, revisions, or withdrawals, so as to reach the Government office designated in the solicitation by the time specified in the solicitation. The Missouri National Guard requires 2 Tall and 2 Short (4 separate) parts towers. All towers will be fully installed in a new construction building. Both tower are seeking up to 5 years of warranty and or preventive maintenance "options". The Contracting Office for United States Property & Fiscal Officer (USPFO) for Missouri is seeking information regarding capability and availability of commercial sources to provide two storage parts towers. The towers must have similar (or exact) capabilities of the attached Statements of Work: The Government is currently considering options to "brand name or equal", alternate sources, and the feasibility of commercial sources to meet the Government's requirement.
