Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems and maintenance
The Louisiana Army National Guard requires replacement of its UPS systems and ongoing maintenance per the attached Performance Work Statement. The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control for Liebert and EATON UPS maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair, and install a 20KVA 480V input/output system with at least 10-minute battery capacity and required batteries at Jackson Barracks. Offerors must document manufacturer qualification/certification, access to OEM parts without cannibalized or used parts, and provide certified letters from EATON and Liebert confirming authorized third-party vendor status. They must also describe their parts attainment process, with priority given to authorized third-party vendors obtaining parts directly from EATON and Liebert; options may be exercised on some CLINs if a UPS is replaced or removed. Quote submission acknowledges receipt and understanding of the requirements, and any uncertainties should be raised before submission.
