OEM-certified technicians shall be used only if tasks require proprietary software access or factory-only tools. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. The provisions and clauses incorporated into this solicitation document are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05 Effective on 7 August 2025. Provisions and clauses incorporated by reference have the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. This solicitation is for a Firm Fixed Price contract and will be awarded using price and other factors. The offer must include proof of adherence to the specifications provided (the quote will be checked for technical acceptableness based on the attached Performance Work Statement(PWS) statement and have satisfactory past performance with Government contracts. REQUIREMENT: The Louisiana Army National Guard (LARNNG) Data Processing Division is requesting maintenance service on Liebert and Eaton UPS system in accordance with attached PWS .
