This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation W912NR-24-R-0054 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This synopsis/solicitation is issued for commercial service in accordance with FAR Part 12-Acquistion of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13-Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The evaluation method for this solicitation is price. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-06 effective 29 August 2024. This acquisition is a total Small Business (SB) using NAICS 561990 All Other Support Services. The Small Business size standard is $16.5 million. The awardee must be registered in the System for Award management (SAM) to be considered for award. There is no site visit, and all questions must be submitted in writing in accordance with the below criteria no later than 24 September 10:00am CST. The Government shall make an award on an all or nothing basis. There are no Options for this award.
