This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation W912NR-24-R-0001 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This synopsis/solicitation is issued for commercial service in accordance to with FAR Part 12-Acquistion of Commercial Items. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-05 September 22, 2023. This acquisition is a total Small Business (SB) set aside under the 8(a) Program using NAICS 561210 small business size standard is $41,500,000.00. This will be awarded using trade off procedures where technical and past performance combine are more important than price. Offer must include proof of adherence to provided specifications (quotes will be checked for technical acceptableness based on requirements) and have a satisfactory past performance with Government contracts.
