The solicitation number is W912NR22R0042 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 337127 with a small business size standard of 500.00 employees. This requirement is a Small Business Set-Aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on https://marketplace.unisonglobal.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted, and, unless otherwise displayed at https://marketplace.unisonglobal.com, will end on: 2022-07-18 17:00:00.0 Eastern Time. This time supersedes the Offers Due Time listed above. FOB Destination shall be in the Place of Performance. The National Guard - Louisiana requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal, to the following: LI 001: Description of Supply. 2 each shelving units 4’ wide X 8’ long X 6’ high with vertical and horizontal shelving specifically designed for H-60 helicopter cowling and parts storage. Entire unit must be on casters so that it is mobile and can be moved from bay to bay within the hangar. Frame for shelving must be square tubing for maximum weight support with solid shelves covered in rubber to protect the aircraft components and parts. Shelving units must be painted for protection from corrosion. Must be able to store Tail Rotor paddles, Drive Shafts, and H-60 Stabilator sections on the same shelving unit. To include installation and clean up if needed., 2, EA; LI 002: Description of supply 2 each 4’ wide X 2’ long X 6’ high lockable storage cabinet that attaches to the shelving unit. Questions not received within a reasonable time prior to close of the solicitation may not be considered.*** For this solicitation, National Guard - Louisiana intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, Unison Marketplace. Unison Marketplace has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. National Guard - Louisiana is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, competed, real-time bids. All responsible Offerors that respond to this solicitation MUST submit the pricing portion of their bid using the online exchange located at https://marketplace.unisonglobal.com.
