This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 561320 – Temporary Help Services and the small business administration size standard is $30.0 million. This solicitation is for a firm fixed price contract and will be awarded to the using a trade-off where technical is the factor. Offer must include proof of adherence to provided specifications (quotes will be checked for technical acceptableness based on requirements) and have a satisfactory past performance with Government contracts. The contractor shall return the completed provision (52.204-24) and return with proposal. The Louisiana Army National Guard CERFP has a requirement for role players for an exercise location in Baton Rouge, LA 1-7 April 2022. See the attached PWS for detailed requirements.
